The automotive industry continues to develop at an exponential rate and new user-centric technologies and trends appear on the market every year. Examples of such trends include e-hailing, autonomous driving, language assistants and alternative ways of transportation. Some concepts, the so-called people mover cars (autonomous minibuses) have been appearing more and more in the automotive industry recently. This thesis deals with the change in the automotive industry using the example of new and interesting trends, and combines them in one design concept. The final output of the thesis was a companion app for a people mover concept car. In this app, the AI guides the user through their itinerary, curating a tailored experience with suggested POIs. The app consists of several screens depicting the userflow: - a navigation feature with itinerary input - an AI voice assistant - a collection of POIs in the area with a search function based on tags the user can set - several dynamic animations to make the app come to life
