At icon incar I worked with a lot of different clients from the automotive industry. Unfortunately, I can currently not name all of them or talk about the amazing projects I created. My primary role in projects is to ensure a seamless user experience, focusing on understanding and improving how users interact with a product. I achieve this through - User Testing, gathering real feedback to refine designs - Prototyping, iterating quickly to validate ideas - and User Journeys & Personas, mapping user behaviors and needs to create meaningful experiences. By combining these methods, I help craft intuitive, user-centered solutions that truly resonate with people.
